A classical head-hunting method is the direct search of candidates. Certain jobs have become highly specialized by market developments, and in some cases qualified candidates may be hard to find due to the deficiencies of the educational system. When performing such searches, P&Bert applies this discrete and effective technique.

Advertising

P&Bert Ltd places advertisement for some positions in professional, weekly and daily newspapers and regional journals. Advertised jobs can also be found on our website, and if necessary on other HR-related sites as well. P&Bert group operates its own booth at university and college job fairs in order to reach senior students and young professionals starting out on their careers.

Database

The group's computerised database of nearly 90,000 persons can be searched by selecting certain search specifications. Our expert colleagues continuously update this database, including candidates recorded through recruitment, advertisements, CV submission or Internet registration. Registration in the database is free.

Networking

For P&Bert Ltd, human capital originates from a broad system of personal contacts. Through memberships in professional clubs or attending university and college training sessions (e.g. with MBAs), our consultants' network of relationships constantly increases. Our consultants do overtime in the evenings at events and gatherings focusing on sales, marketing, PR and other professional interests.


Captain Test

P&Bert Management Consulting Group successfully applies the CAPTain Online Work Psychology Test, which was developed by Sweden's Jensen International and is now widely used throughout Europe. We test candidates' work attitude, managerial approach, ability to make decisions, personality, sociability, areas of personal development and self-knowledge. Later, we compare the obtained results with the profiles demanded by the companies, taking into account special characteristics of different areas of work activity (managers, specialists, etc).

Some arguments for using CAPTain: 

-Convenient - the test may even be filled in at home through the Internet;

-Fast - the software provides an immediate graphic and written evaluation;

-Cost-efficient - it is significantly cheaper than comparable services.

 

Enneagram

 

In addition to traditional personality typologies, in the course of the interview we also apply the STAR interview technique, and the personality types described in the Enneagram, a personality typology, which distinguishes between 9 personality types. The success of the Enneagram is due to the fact, that while most personality typologies only describe and characterize the different types of personalities, the Enneagram also helps in identifying the possible course for further personal development. It does not only distinguish between the 9 different types, but also examines the underlying motivations of human behavior and tries to uncover their background. In addition to motivating factors, aspirations, external and internal personality traits it defines guidelines for cooperation, management strategies and also points out possible pitfalls and the road to personal development.
